Honestly geek squad is full of incompetent employees that can’t do their job right, if you can’t qualify for work, than you might as well resign because your service is disgraceful and dishonest. Terrible place to fix your electronics , wouldn’t recommend and would sue for faulty repairs. This Alienware m16 costed me 2.3k Canadian dollars, and they “fixed” something that broke the next morning. Personally I don’t hate the owner of the business, I just don’t think the employees deserve the position to work at geek squad, since they’re very incompetent. Would give 5 stars if they’d fix it properly, sadly now I have to replace the whole keyboard somewhere else rather than geek squad. Thank you. - Mel
Very disappointed with Geek Squad. I brought in my laptop for a simple keyboard replacement and it’s been over two weeks with no progress. They received the part over a week ago, but they keep delaying the repair with no clear explanation. I told them from the beginning that I needed the laptop back within 10 days because I have school assignments due and can’t afford to fall behind. Despite this, there’s been no urgency or proper communication. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
I had a great experience with Geek Squad at this particular location. I had serious issues with my laptop, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Naim showed exceptional professionalism and knowledge, quickly identifying and resolving the problem. I greatly appreciate the efficient and effective assistance provided.

Q and Naem have been incredibly helpful and have gone by far the extra mile to make my NEW computer work in sync with my speakers and microphone.
