Great customer service… I came to them with my sad face. Left them with very happy face. I repaired my MacBook screen from them. Screen is working very well and even they gave me alot of discounts as well and also helped me with my emails.

With the rainbow wheel going round and round after loading and another high resolution large file 1000 plus Latin dance images into Lightroom and moving from image to image was moving like glue, I knew it was the moment I needed to add more RAM and memory and perhaps completely rebuild my trusty IMac 27" computer. Within a two day turn around, everything was completed with efficiency, courtesy and honesty. I have no hesitation in recommending Macguys to anyone who needs trustworthy service. Thank you, Macguys. However, I still have major issues with my coputer after that rebuild and in the end am unhappy with the results.
They fixed my iPhone 11 Pro in an hour but my screen now has a brown tint to it and is not the normal colour that it was. Don’t recommend going here just take it straight to apple.

Scam. Beware. They may change their company name again and any repairs that fail, you can't go back. I called the number on my receipt from just a couple months ago and I asked if this was the same place. They said happily yes they are they do the same repairs and just changed their name. When I proceeded to tell them of a problem coming up again on my cell screen which was fixed just a few months ago and it is reoccurring , he quickly said "oh that place completely closed, we have different management and have nothing to do with that company." Now even all the reviews from months ago are still linked to this "new" company and even photos of the old company name is right there in the reviews. Absolute no consistency of care or service. Wouldn't it be nice if we can just simply "change our name" and remove all financial and business responsibilities we have I would beware of going here... If what they do breaks down you can't go back.
