Very disappointed with this shop! We took our daughter’s phone to this place twice, and both times the owner failed to fix the issue — yet still charged us $150–$200 each time. All of this happened within a three-month period. The third time, he wanted to charge us again for the same problem. His work has no warranty!!! Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional behavior and greedy. Never come here again .
Great establishment. I have been using this tech guy for many many years. Take any issue to him and you will be pleased with his service. He also takes great passport photos if needed. Guaranteed he will offer the right directions and or provide good advice to help you with your queries. He doesnt just want to make a dollar and has always shown me the more effective and efficient method of handling whatever I bring in to the store. Would recommend using him for all your tech needs.
I dropped my sons Chromebook off to have the screen replaced. The store has been closed for "a family emergency" for a month. I get it, these things happen, but shouldn't you ensure you customers have their stuff back? Tough to be without a computer for a month of the school year. ***Update, when I was able to pickup my sons computer after 1.5 months they agreed to drop the cost of labour to replace the screen. Still not happy with the experience, but at least it was something. I should also note, this was not offered, i asked him what he would do to make amends.
Jaz is very knowledgeable and fair. We've gone to him for many tech issues... he certainly has helped us out a lot throughout the years. It's reassuring to know we can rely on his exceptional service.
Over priced (100 $) quotation for fixing very simple issue, charged us 20 $ for telling us the same issue that we already addressed while handing over the phone and wasted one whole day.
WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN! Several years back I had my ipad headphone jack replaced. Not only did he leave several deep scratches on the screen, but he also left fingerprints on the inside!! I recently decided to give it another shot at Oakville Tech and bought an aux cable from there. The owner claimed they were all good quality so I paid $15 for one, and the same day its already breaking... Of course he deny's everything I have complained about..Deplorable service.
Went to get my iPhone 6 battery replaced. Met with Ijaz who I had called earlier in the day - he said it would take about 40 minutes. Came back and it was done and charging within 25. Reasonably priced by my standards, and the man was incredibly friendly. I'll absolutely return for future phone needs. P.S. if you're having trouble finding the place like I did... It's squeezed in between the pub and the hasty market. Thanks again Ijaz.
