Good location. Hotel was undergoing renovations in the pool and fitness area but the Holiday Inn next door was offered as an alternative for those amenities. Older hotel that could use some upgrades but good overall value. Helpful front desk staff.
Front desk and Kitchen staff are very courteous and helpful. Property is getting old and smelly. Found a bug on the bed sheet. Breakfast area was small, took me 30 minutes to find a table on a Sunday morning. At 9am, all coffee pots had cold coffee from the day before! Guests kept pouring their coffees only to find out coffee was cold and old, so you ended up with a gross countertop with 20 full cups of cold coffee, with no place to drain or throw away. 2 Kitchen staff were running around refilling food, but they definitely were understaffed. I hope management plans better for busy weekends
Great guest staff, very accommodating. Loved that they included dinners served weeknights. Good amenities. Stayed for 3 months for work. Quite happy.
Nice room. Great package for extended stay. Staffers very polite.Online reservation however is a huge risk. Better off calling in to confirm else you end up with a smoking room option.Complimentary Breakfast ends too early too.Was generally a warm stay. Will still give a 5star and will definitely stay here again on next trip and recommend to others.
We had a great experience here. We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and it was perfect with our two kids. The furniture is a tiny bit outdated but the room is spacious, beds are comfortable and all amenities provided. Full kitchen, fridge, pots/pans, etc. Customer service was very good as well. We would stay again.
