Unlike other cell phone repair shops in the area, Cellphone Zone actually took the time to help me. I cracked the camera lens bump on my Google Pixel 6 Pro, and multiple shops told me they didn’t have the part and weren’t interested in getting it. Cellphone Zone didn’t have it either, but they made the effort to source the part and fixed my phone within 24 hours. Great service and highly recommended.
I have an iPhone 14 with a cracked screen. Apple quoted $350 for the repair. Cellphone Zone quote $185 for the repair. I dropped my phone off and when I picked it up I was advised the top was still good only the middle screen was cracked, as such they only charged me $50. Very honest and reputable. I has been a couple of years since I left my first review. My iPhone screen cracked again. I of course took it back to cell phone zone since they were so fair the first time. For this second repair, they advised me it was only the safety screen they had installed that cracked. They replaced the safety screen for $10.00. These guys are great. Very fair!
I must say I had an outstanding experience at this store. I’ve been to multiple cell phone stores and never got treated with any respect or felt like they genuinely wanted me at the store. When I got to cell phone zone right away I was greeted and asked how my day was. They listened to the issue I had with my phone and gave me the best possible advice with a price cost to repair as well which was very reasonable. Everything was explained to me in details and the person working there had a positive attitude. This place is highly recommended !! Will be bringing all my electronic related business here.
My dad and I have both had cell phone repairs done here, and I recently had my passport photos done here, too. The staff are friendly, professional and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend checking them out!
I had an old phone with a smash screen in which water had penetrated. Thought it was a goner for sure, but Cell Phone Zone was able to fix it like new. Great service and would definitely go to them again for any cell phone needs. Check them out.
