I thought the reviews have to fake to a certain degree. Absolutely not. Malik is a true gem of a person. When he saw that the colour we chose didn’t look good for our new iPhone backing . He immediately ordered the matching colour and asked us to come back to replace. He did not have to do that. It was our choice ultimately. He has a customer for life out of us. 5 star on everything .

Ignored the repair specifications despite reiterating the requested work several times. Instead all work done by the store was focused on an area they were instructed to ignore. The work done on that area caused warping to the frame of my device resulting in more damage than when it was brought in. If you are going to use this service give them highly specific instructions about the repairs you want done.
