Installed one screen that had problems, replaced it and the next one had problems as well. He refused to replace the second one and tried to charge me double the price that I originally paid.
Fixed the non-working touchscreen within 15 minutes. Bottom right corner didn't sit perfectly after the replacement and had to be popped in but otherwise, quite flawless and impressively fast service.
Broke my phone 3 times in 2 months and the service here is amazing!!! My phone gets fixed very quickly with great pricing!!! I’d recommend CPR to everyone
Amazing service. I have not previously used any third-party repair services for Apple devices, but I was very happy with how CPR was able to fix my iPad 7 when it had a logic board issue which Apple Store was unwilling to fix (only option to trade in and pay an inflated price for a refurb or buy a new one). Very helpful and I would say great value for the money.
I recommend you not to go here. They said they'd provide repair service, but I left my phone, but I completely ruined it. Then, since he avoided responsibility and didn't receive the money, he filed a complaint with the police if he didn't go out. I don't really understand this owner who tells me to go to court. I really don't think this place offers good service. I'm really disappointed. I don't think this is a professional technician.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Went in got quoted $100 and when I came to pay they said they told me $150. I asked to speak to the original worker I talked to but they lied saying he is on flight. They didn't even repair my phone its still broken. THEY ARE THIEVES. PLEASE AVOID!
I wish I could rate them zero stars. I took my laptop to them and asked them to replace the SSD with a 1 TB SSD. I specifically explained I wanted the new SSD to be 1 TB. When I picked it up from them, I realized they replaced it with a 512 GB SSD without telling me. I then told them I either wanted them to give me the 1 TB SSD or to give me a refund. They initially refused to give me the full refund, and when they finally agreed, they took out the SSD and gave back my laptop with one of the screws missing. When I told them I wanted them to replace the missing screw, they replied that they did not have any screws on hand. This is questionable considering none of the screws on my laptop were the original screws anyways meaning they had replaced them with their own screws.
