Rude guy was in a rush saw the ad saying qr code signup for free pizza signed up he said I couldn’t get it whatever, waited to take my order was in rush because of work guy brushed me off to wait got pissed went to the stores next to them treated me professionally the opposite of the store I love pizza nova but never coming to this one again
Ordered online from work for later delivery. My parents were in town watching the kids, so I wanted to pay and get it delivered as I was working late. $100 order plus a tip. Paid in advance, and contactless. When the driver showed up, he rang the doorbell and demanded a tip. My parents knew I already tipped, and felt the experience was really rude and disrespectful. Never again (even though I enjoy their Charcoal crust and wings).
I ordered last night from the Oakville location after 9:30pm I got my order and when I was checking my driveway camera I noticed that this driver was coughing and literally spit it out on my driveway near my truck. The lack of decency is insane. Why would any one especially a delivery driver do that and think it’s ok. I am beyond angry by that. Just disgusting and I hope this location sees this and knows that their staff needs better etiquette and manners is key.
Pizza Nova is my to-go place for quick pizza and wings. I prefer their pizza due to the proper cooking which makes the pizza not too crunchy. The price isn't bad for the pizza with their pick-up specials, however the wings are a little pricey. The wings are good and love their mild sauce. Overall a good fast pizza place if you are not looking for gourmet pizza.
Pizza is as basic as it gets. Pepperoni was not cooked properly. Tomato sauce is very good, though. There was a burnt pizza in the window (charred) and obviously not safe for consumption so not sure why they were trying to sell it. I wouldn't recommend the pizza here. Overpriced and not tasty at all.
Great pizza. Always order the hot soppressata and dried black olives and no honey. We love it. The lady there is fabulous and always remembers what I want. Vers sociable as well. Would not go anywhere else. Crispy wings are delicious. Thank you for your great food.
The guys was rude and he did not wash his hand when he was making a pizza. I hope I don’t get sick. I love because of his action I want my discount or refund. I will never come to that store again. He did not give me the receipt I’ll pay by credit card, the service I receive I’m not happy about it. Very bad service.
