Really impressed with Toppers Pizza! The crust is perfect, sauce has great flavor, and the toppings are always fresh. Fast service and good quality every time.
Waited 1hr and 15 called them back they the operator didn't place the order properly so the said the would send it out right away told them the address 45 minutes later the driver calls me he went to the wrong address 5 minutes later calls me again says what door by that I had enough so I said dont want it now 2hrs for a pizza clear direction I give them never again I will order from Toppers ?
Tried this place for the first time just wasted $30. Delivery address was 8 mins away and it was completed in 50 mins, pizza arrived cold, over priced $30 for a Medium pizza. Not to forget toppings were barely there. Not worth it at all.
I used to love this place, but recently it’s been BAD! There was a hair in my pizza, which can confirm, wasn’t mine, because I have long hair, way past my shoulders…. ALSO…. They advertise slices but have ZERO. They lie and say they have them until 3pm, but then tell me they can’t make it. These staff are LAZY and do a lousy job. Don’t come here.
DO NOT USE TOPPER'S DELIVERY FROM DOORDASH! I just lost $70 because I did an order through the app DoorDash and Toppers did not make or deliver pizza. When I waited an hour and my pizza hadn't been delivered and the app was stuck on a "2 mins to delivery" status I then clicked on HELP in the DoorDash app it just has a message that states "Topper's Pizza delivers their own orders". There is no place for me to contact DoorDash. The number they have for Topper's is 190580 which is not a number. When i looked up the Topper's number in the phone book I get a call centre...i had to wait 10 minutes to get on the phone wiht the owner of the Oakville franchise of Topper's Pizza who informed me that "They decided not to make and deliver the pizza because it was too close to closing time.".. WHEN I TOLD THE OWNER THAT THE SYSTEM TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD HE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT UP WITH DOORDASH!!! I cannot get ahold of DoorDash. I have always enjoyed their pizza but will NEVER order from TOPPER's Pizza again. The owner obviously does not care about his customer base.
The pizza is usually quite good. Lately, delivery is always so late and the pizza is no longer hot. My last order was placed using their app for a set time and they were still 30 minutes late.

If you're trying to choose between here and the Boston Pizza across the street... choose Topper's!! Have purchased 3 pizzas here and every single one has been perfect. One was ordered in the store and 2 were ordered online for pick-up. Fast and accurate! Got a Canadian here today and I meant to take a pic before eating but it was too good.Edited to add that there is always a TON of toppings
I used to order from here often, but with the amount of mistakes recently, and less quality pizza i have stopped ordering from here. They were good at first but recently had a decline. The last order didn't have chicken on the chicken pizza, hair in the other pizza and wrong drinks. We got credit but we are not ordering even with the credit, we just moved on to other places. ==OLD REVIEW== Always order pizza every Friday from this location. Normally have great deals going on and quality is always great. Whether ordering in store, or having it delivered always had great service. Once had wrong toppings on pizza but we all make mistakes and didn't mind as i always get great service. One time i had a bit of a wait and ha d a free pizza coupon and the driver had let me keep it for next time use as the wait was a little long, but it was a Friday night so it was busy and to be expected.
Worst customer service, Can't even reach the store or they won't call the store either. Business lunch order for 20 people and pizza is never on time. Cant even follow simple directions. Pizza might be great but not reliable
Quick service and great taste. It isnt homemade or deluxe like some boutique pizza places but its good and it is consistent.
