I love the pizza but I have to stop placing orders here. I always place an order in advance hours ahead, and it is always late. And I mean 30 minutes plus late. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs.
I ordered from this location multiple times and consecutively had the following issues, pizza is delivered late, pizza is cold, pizza is burnt multiple times, no dipping sauce when ordered, wrong pizza type. It is very disappointing as we do love the pizza when it is cooked properly and is disappointing we can no longer order from this location. I attached a photo of the latest.
Ordered delivery, Pizza came cold and late. Took over 1hr and 10mins.given I live 8mins away from store. Called the store 3 times and requested eta and was told its coming.3rd call staff hung up the phone.
Gross.. I could only eat one slice.. I got the 4 cheese pizza.. I live VERY close, and the cheese was barely melted ... crust was too thick... just gross.. never again.. use to be soo good.
