If I purchase New Balance I always go to the corporate stores. Excellent service and selection and if you have any issues they have your purchase on file so no need to keep receipts.

I went there today with my Dad whom had got a note from his doctor for special footwear and Kaya was very helpful. Kaya knew the exact shoe type and located it quickly. Kaya helped us with all the questions we had. My elderly Father left there feeling very comfortable with the service he got while trying on the shoes. I was in the store on March 1 and am a repeat customer. I had been referred by my podiatrist in Stoney Creek and had a specific shoe in mind. Anum worked with me to obtain the right shoe and we discussed changes in my foot size and the orthotics that I was putting in the shoe. She very carefully fitted the shoe and even offered to lace them tighter as I placed my feet on the footstool. I received excellent service and really appreciated the attention and concern that she showed me. Definitely would go back even though it is a longer drive.
