Found what we were looking for but the staff weren't very attentive. I had to go and ask for help, we were greated coming in, but that was it. The team needs more training when it comes to customer service. The niagara on the lake outlet is a great location, the staff are attentive and very helpful, they need to take a lesson from them.

Great experience at the Skechers store on Whitecroft Road, Oakville. We went in for shoes, but Hannah and Hiral informed us about a great sale on bags. With their support, we ended up buying several bags at an excellent price. Friendly, patient, and very professional service. Thank you both!

We had a very good experience at the Skechers store on Whitecroft Road in Oakville, Ontario, and we would like to sincerely thank Hannah and Hiral for their outstanding customer service. We initially visited the store to buy shoes, not bags. However, thanks to Hannah and Hiral’s excellent product knowledge and helpful guidance, they informed us about a great sale on bags. With their support and honest recommendations, we ended up taking advantage of the offer and came out with several bags at an excellent sale price, in addition to our original purchase. Both Hannah and Hiral were friendly, patient, and professional throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience.
