This is my favorite SoftMoc location. Staff are always very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Always great selection with sales going on regularly.
Good selection of shoes and the staff are very helpful (they take initiative to help you find what you're looking for beyond what's in their own stock room and communicate kindly). Management is very good at this store and it shows though good customer service and the staff typically going going above what's expected to help you. Even if there are crazy entitled people who cut in line to yell at at the staff , the staff stay calm, use very polite/ professional language and I love that management doesn't tolerate it for sake of keeping all other customers comfortable in the store and being a good leader to their staff.
The lady that claim that she is the manager that night and she refused to give me her name and she refused to call another manager or a supervisor to take opinion refused to return my purchase on cash shoes. She was forcing me to put it on a gift card and after I agreed, she also informed me that if she had to return it again for whatever reason it has to go back on a gift card and I told her that was unfair and I told her to put a note on the receipt that at least if I had to return it again it will be given back to me either to a credit card or cash as I was originally paid for she kept telling me that there is no other choice either too put it on a gift card or come back on a different day when they happen to have cash in there till or put it on a debit card which I did not happen to have my debit card on me I do not have time to come back and she was not helpful. This was the worst experience I’ve ever ever had in this shop. This lady was very unkind. She kept telling me that I have been raising my voice and I tried to be very polite to her and I told her sure at the end I agree and then she keeps repeating that it will be going back to my gift card and I said OK you’re forced me to do that but OK and then she keeps repeating it and I then I said again OK you’re forcing me to do that but I am OK with it and then she would not process the return until she actually kicked me out of the store even though I was forced to return my cash purchase on a gift card and I agreed to it she kicked me out just because I said yes OK, even though I am forced to do it, but I will be doing it anyways very disrespectful. The worst Customer Service you can ever find. If you check my Google reviews, you will never see any bad behaviour from any other customer service, which shows you that I am a good customer and I respect my people when they respect me and they try to help me

Went in looking for some Birkenstocks, Laura found exactly what i was looking for, very friendly, great service. Went back a second time for some Adidas once again fast friendly service, excellent store, great employees.

Personally witnessed the store manager berating one of her employees. Disgusting behaviour from someone that is suppose to be a trusted leader. If this is how she treats her staff, I can't imagine how she treats her customers. Won't be supporting this business anymore.
