Super disappointed :( Ive never been but I was about to buy a package on groupon for one year of unlimited laser treatments.. and then I checked out the reviews and it looks like some people were saying that the service was bad and that their treatments didnt turn out well because of lack of care, rushed work and low laser strength... very disappointed. Ive been to a laser clinic before where I believe they werent using the right strength of the laser on me and not caring enough and I do not want that to happen again. So Thankyou for the reviews! Will be looking for other places
I highly recommend Vistoso for your laser and facial needs - the staff is amazing! Sheila has been training people for 20+ years on the laser equipment and is the best person for the job! She's amazing, and I love the service I get there!!! Will be back!
SHEILA IS HORRIBLE!!! So rude to customers. Messes up their appointments then blames them when they can't make the change they didn't agree too in the first place. I can't believe I wasted money on this horrible woman. Not to mention she takes literally 5 minutes during a session when the others she had working worked on your desired area much longer. She is a scammer and I would definitely never recommend her to anyone. NEVER MET SUCH A RUDE, IGNORANT PERSON LIKE SHEILA IN MY LIFE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Doesn't even deserve a one star. Spend your money else where people.
These reviews are hilariously inaccurate and likely false. I've gone to a few treatments and Sheila/staff have been amazing. They're courteous, warm, and helpful. No sales or products are pushed on you and I haven't encountered any issues. I was referred by Groupon
I've purchased my Groupon deal almost a year ago and as I'm approaching my last session I want to say thank you to Sheila and her staff. I've read other reviews and was unpleasantly surprised by them. My experience of dealing with Vistoso Spa was 100% positive.I had few questions before I bought the deal online and I called the place twice, I've got a response from Sheila within an hour. When I had my first session she explained THOROUGHLY all the prons and cons of the treatment. She is very knowledgeable, polite, professional and a very sincere person. I'd suggest people to educate themselves about the procedures they about to get done so they know what to expect. Good luck!
