It's a very nice and big place. I had a great massage from Allison. I would recommend.

Will return :)The place was very clean and nice, however I was very disappointed that I had specifically booked an appointment with a certain RMT and was told she wasn't available as she was massaging someone else. I found this to be very unprofessional. I had a text confirmation with the girls name who I had requested. She had been recommended to me by several people and I was looking forward to the massage. Of course this was only told to me once I was already in a robe and had been waiting for 25 minutes. When I asked why it happened the receptionist said "well we gave you $20 off" which I didn't previously know & didn't find to be all that generous considering the massage was one of the more expensive ones I've been to. When I said thank you but I'm curious why it happened, she said "Again we apologize" (which was actually the 1st time anyone had apologized). I really enjoy Zenbar for their services and their atmosphere; I have been going to Zenbar for over 3 years. This is where I get my RMT done and I have enjoyed every practitioner that has worked on me. I used to frequent the Metabolic Reset Pod and I really enjoyed the experience - it was like a sauna but a bit more intense. I have had facials done here, body treatments, and pedicures all of which were excellent with absolutely no complaints. Relaxing in their lounge with provided robe and sandals is a welcome change to a medical practitioners' office which one can expect from a usual RMT experience. They are very accommodating and their reception staff is always friendly.
Ive been coming Zenbar for a number of years for RMT massages and Monika has won a repeat customer in me. Todays massage however was really not up to snuff. Not for her technique, but the table. I could be mistaken, but normally there is a lot more cushion. It was very uncomfortable today. I could feel the wood underneath me and when Monika applied pressure, it was creaking loudly, taking away from the relaxation. When I come back for my next massage, I wont stay if it isnt on one of their normal massage tables.
Love this spa. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. I live in Oakville myself and this is my go-to spa. The staff are incredibly nice and I always leave feeling so relaxed. They also have a very cozy lounge room you can hang out in before/after your treatment in your robe with a soothing cup of tea that is offered. I highly recommend this place!
