I always have such a great experience at InSchoolwear in Oakville! Ashley and the entire team are absolutely wonderful. They’re always so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I visit. No matter how busy the store is, they take the time to make sure we find exactly what we need and make the whole process stress free. It’s such a welcoming place, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you need uniforms. You’ll be in good hands!
Updated Review September 19 I placed my order August 20 I was supposed to have my order for pick up by August 24. I got my order September 18 ( and only a part of it) I completely empathize with the front line workers, They’re just doing their jobs to the best of their ability. However, it is ridiculous on the backend how long it takes for them to produce Uniforms. We got the notice in July for us need New uniforms for Our school. It’s a good learning to know that the uniforms I ordered will be in good quality, But it will take longer than what the website says it will
The Oakville location is exceptional. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They take the time to answer my questions, assist with sizing, and look in the stock room for additional sizes. Their employee, Asia, has helped me multiple times and goes the extra step with a smile. The store is well stocked, clean, and organized. Highly recommend!
Unorganized. many staff, but none of them at the front cash. Very slow operating system. do not plan to come here on your lunch hour because you will be waiting forever. As well as no common courtesy or explanation by any staff member, you have to wave people down in order too. Get some type of assistance.
Excellent experience, Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful! We got everything we needed and were able to try on different pieces in store. Would highly recommend this store and location!
I wanted to update this review. The manager, Ashley, is amazing. She manages a very large location, where I'm sure there's dozens of schools being serviced. She's very knowledgeable and friendly. I was a bit leery, having read some of these reviews. Of course we have no choice but to come here. Having said that, we ended up having a delightful experience with Hannan guiding our journey today. He knew exactly what we needed to pick up made some great suggestions and we were in and out with a Year's worth of clothing in 20 minutes! Not having a change room was a pain in the bum; but it's not the store's fault the province is neurotic Update. July 2023 This continues to be an excellent shopping experience! The best staff in the world :-)
