The staff at ISW Oakville were so helpful. I was able to get both my girls school uniforms for the school year picked out and paid for in 15 minutes. Very helpful and friendly, and they were super sweet dealing with my kids as well
Normally I would have given a better review but while shopping here for uniforms for my 5 year old daughter she asked to go pee. The cashier asked the manager in the back if she can go to the bathroom and they told her no. I understand Covid and all but the government is paying businesses to by ppe and sanitizers. How hard would it be to spray a bit of Lysol in the bathroom after a 5 year old girl goes to pee? I think it’s incredibly insensitive especially since we are there spending money on over priced school uniforms. It’s also important to note shopping was by appointment only so there was no other people in the store.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Terrible quality. Completely disorganized. Never have stock of anything. They shipped backordered items that were specifically ordered as curbside pickup... and guess what?? The items haven't shown up and they have no tracking information. I never received a receipt for an online order and they can't seem to track it down, even though they had no problem putting the charge through! HCDSB made the absolute WORST decision choosing this company. And before anyone tries to use COVID as an excuse... I could have written this exact same review every year since ISW became the uniform provider.
Unfortunately I had a very rude young girl who "helped" me with my uniform issue. For sure, this girl shouldn't be in charge of a Customer service position!
Terrible service!! Ordered shirts because they had no stock and every week I call them and get the same answer......"it's in the mail" Still have not received them!!
There is never a great selection for sizes for very common sizes. Some of the zippers on the sweatshirts are already breaking. Bought a zipper sweater last year and it broke first time in the drier. Staff is friendly though.
Limited stock. Ordered clothing >3weeks ago and waiting. No one answers phone. Store hours are not convenient if you work for a living. Also - you cannot depend on the sizing as there are wild differences between clothing marked as the same size. This is made worse by the restriction on trying any clothing on in store before purchase. Every experience has been exceedingly painful and has required multiple visits. Board - please find another supplier.
