In spite of the proliferation of larger stores carrying holistic supplements and products that are ‘naturally sourced’, I continue to shop at Hoopers Oakville. It’s important to me & my family to support local businesses; the prices are competitive, the selection of items is vast. But most of all…the staff are amazing. Nirmeen and Maryam are the reason why I remain a loyal customer. Their knowledge of their products, professionalism, commitment to maintaining a welcoming storefront, and exemplary customer service surpass my expectations each time I enter the store. I have decided to change my review based on my last experience at your store. Just wondering if you have changed management, or maybe the pandemic has made a dent in staff morale? I interacted with a very entitled employee, who gave me a lot of attitude in maybe 30 seconds or less. One thing is trying to support medium-size businesses in our community, and a different one is having to deal with staff having a bad day. I'm taking my business somewhere else where we can do simple transactions without poor manners.
We buy all our vitamins and health supplements here and cant think of a more personalised experience and a nicer bunch of people. A big shout out to Diana and Rebecca (you should start riding, Rebecca. Dont return the jacket!)
Knowledgeable staff and good product lines. Our favorite place to get vitamins and supplements. They get to know their customers and are very accommodating.
Selection for the size of shop is pretty good! They had a good sale on some vitamins we picked up, and in addition they had the product I needed in stock! Except for one item they didn't have available due to government regulations...disappointed but not their fault.
Beware Was sent here by my doctor for a compounding pharmacy only to discover its not a legal pharmacy, there is no pharmacist on staff at all. Its basically a Vitamin Store!
