I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY, NO KIDDING. They had no intention of fulfilling my order as a third party on Walmart and allowed the time for Walmart to refund me for an order that was never to be sent.They LIE AND CHEAT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I ordered a few items from Natural Health Garden that were on sale for a good price. The delivery was on time. There was a misunderstanding about one of the items and I requested a return. The store responded in a very professional manner and accommodated my request. I am pleased with their service.
Made an order June 28, now july 7, have not heard anything about shipping or otherwise. Credit card was charged right away, but no update or any correspondence from them. Sent an email on the 5th asking what the status is, no response. Feels like a scam.
Happy and lucky to find them. They have fantastic deals on their products and their pricing is really good. Great value for money with very responsive customer support. Thank you!
I'm in the US and was amazed how fast my order came. The price was better than what I generally pay for this product as well. It is a Canadian product so I went looking to buy it straight from Canada. I used to buy it on Amazon but will be buying from Natural Health Garden going forward and will take a peak at what else they sell.
Price listed for the product was good, free expedited shipping was promised, however, like a previous review, my order has not shipped after 7 days with no updates from the store. The product was not listed as "out of stock" on the website, so with expedited shipping I would have expected to have my product already. As it is, I've emailed the company asking for my order to be cancelled and will not be dealing with them again. I don't know if my item is out of stock, or just not processed, but if out of stock, it's not hard to ensure that websites reflect product availability. Received a fairly quick response from the store cancelling my order and giving me a refund as requested. I think they can clarify their shipping policy. It states that most shipments are next day, however their email stated that "our standard fulfillment timeline encompasses 2-3 business days for order processing". They also ran into stock issues with the product, but no updates were given which led me to request my refund.
Update: At last, I received my package after 21 days from the original delivery date. Thankfully this happened soon after NHG contacted me then contacted the postal services. Thanks to Rick Maffei for his prompt action. Customer service in any organisation is essential and makes big difference if anything went wrong.
