Been coming to this Popeyes branch for years and love the experience each time. Fantastic experience at Popeye’s Supplements in Oakville again today. The service was outstanding—everyone was so helpful and genuinely cared about finding the right products for me. I always leave feeling confident in my choices. Great team! Went in today and had a welcoming experience from Ruan and the team. Everyone was very informative and Ruan especially helped with picking the best products and best bang for your buck, his enthusiasm made the experience a whole lot better.
Shout out to Emily and Brandon who were fantastic! They were genuinely friendly and really knew their products, which made the whole process a lot easier in finding what I was looking for. They also made sure I knew about the current promotions and helped me find the best option without any pressure. They went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. Great choice of supplements and helpful staff. Encountered Zoya on my recent visit, who helped me find the suitable pre workout I was looking for. She really took time to understand my requirements and had a friendly attitude
This stores new staff needs to learn actual customer service, leave me alone and let me shop. I don’t need to be checked on every 30 seconds, I’m not a child. If I could give employees ratings, they’d be -1. The rest of the staff is chill and lets me do my thing so the extra stars for them.
Brandon was very helpful. He was happy to breakdown the ingredients of any product on the spot. He seemed very knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. I strongly recommend this location if you often feel overwhelmed with the sheer volume of choices ins supplement stores and want to understand what you are purchasing.
On October 22, 2024, around 8:30 PM, I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members at Popeye’s Supplements. When I asked a simple question about current offers on pre-workout products, she was dismissive and unhelpful, claiming not to know when offers would be available. She directed me to check my emails, even though I had informed her I wasn’t receiving any emails. Instead of assisting further, she told me to check social media and made it clear there were no offers that day, leaving me feeling unwelcome and like I was being brushed off. Her attitude was unprofessional, and her overall demeanor was far from what I expect as a loyal customer. Popeye’s should reconsider the type of staff they hire to represent them.
