Great clinic and great service. Dr. Habashi is an excellent family Dr, he offers his medical services with knowledge, transparency, care and class. Beily in the reception is an absolute sweetheart, lucky to be with them.
I’ve had several disappointing visits to this clinic. The receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. They seem to back each other up instead of focusing on helping patients. A few times, I booked appointments, took time off work, and still ended up waiting over two hours with no consideration or apology. It often feels like they prioritize certain clients over others, which is completely unfair. I moved here hoping to find a reliable family clinic, but after multiple frustrating experiences, I can honestly say this is one of the most disappointing clinics I’ve ever been to.
Went here for new Doctor. Was informed that if I was late or no show for my appointment then I would be not be taken on as a patient. I arrived to my appointment on time, but was left to wait for the doctor for over 15 minutes. After 15+ minutes, he headed in with another patient. Fix your appointment scheduling if you're going to tell patients they cannot be late.
I cannot say enough about Dr.Habashi. He agreed to take me on as a new patient about nine months ago when I was going through a very difficult time. From my experience, he is everything a good doctor should be. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Habashi is an excellent doctor, and we appreciate the care he provided. However, we had to change doctors due to ongoing issues with his office staff. They frequently do not answer calls, even after numerous attempts over several days. When they do respond, their communication is unprofessional and dismissive. This lack of support has made it difficult to get timely care, which forced us to seek medical attention elsewhere. We hope the office can improve, as Dr. Habashi deserves a team that reflects his own excellence.
The staff is very friendly and helpful I came in with a sore throat and a cough. The doctor examined me and told me I had bronchitis. He prescribed antibiotics and puffers. I am feeling much better now. Thank you doctor Habashi ☺️
Dr. Habashi is our family doctor for myself, husband, daughter, mother and grandmother. He treats us all with care and compassion. He is always thorough and follows up. We are grateful to have him as our family doctor.
