I’ve noticed that although the receptionists can be quite friendly most of the time, they have made a number of errors that cause me to feel they are generally incompetent. Information doesn’t always flow through reception correctly to my doctor or doctors outside the clinic either at all or in a timely manner. For example, when the clinic was informed of an error in the daily dosage and daily quantity of a particular prescription I rely upon, both by my pharmacist and myself, this shouldn’t take over a week to resolve. I must say that the standard of care provided in this case is unacceptable!
Dr Shahad my favorite Doctor. She is so wonderful, beautiful and adorable. She has been taking care of me for the past more than a year. Every time I go to the Doctor, it is always a joy. The entire staff at the Clinic are very courteous. I thank them for everything. Ramanathan Ravichandran
Well taken care of. Not much waiting period if prior appointment is taken. Even fir walk in, the waiting period is less. I appreciate their service. Staff members at the reception are very courteous.

Receptionists, Drs, and Pharmacy staff are all extremely helpful and inviting. From the beginning of your visit they ensure you are well taken care of and attended to. It’s a very comfortable environment, and everyone is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I’m so greatful for the attentive care I’ve recieved here - Dr. Janeen is one of the best family Drs I’ve had - she is very thorough, listens, genuinely cares and is very informed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clinic/Dr.!
Haneen Al-Gerrah (CPSO 107894) is unfit to practice medicine and treat patients. She is a poor clinician, unreasonable, egotistical, narcissistic and unempathetic. She has no sense of compassion but at the very least she should not be rude. Her lack of knowledge and clinical judgement to meet the standard of care is very questionable. My experience with her has been horrible. She does not know how to keep things professional. Her primary motive is not patient care rather it is her own personal agenda. The reason I am writing this review in the hope of preventing someone else from getting hurt. No one deserves to be treated the way that she treats people.
