Tried calling the front desk multiple times and never got an answer. Ended up having to come in person just to ask basic questions. Really frustrating and a huge waste of time.
Just got a horrible flu. High fever for days and nights. Short breath and fainted many times. Went to ER and received a few tests. Got sent home with nothing and no root cause of those serious symptoms offered. A few hours later, got a call from Dr. Tariq that one of the tests showed infections and I needed antibiotics right away then the high fever could go away. I’m so thankful that Dr. Tariq reviewed my test results and offered the meds. Save my life!
Dr. Tahira is an amazing family doctor. I consulted her for skin allergies on my face and neck. She initially prescribed medication, but the allergy did not fully resolve. When I tried to book a follow-up appointment, she was unavailable. However, My Choice Health arranged a doctor-on-call consultation. Dr. Tahira promptly sent a prescription to the pharmacy, and my skin allergies have since reduced. She ensured I received timely treatment and advised me to visit on a specific day. Despite her busy schedule, she assured me that she would see me.
Dr Marium Tariq is truly remarkable. I’ve recently included my mother to her practice and are extremely happy with the change. Specially like her focus on preventive measures for the patient. Thank you Dr Tariq!
I wish I could go give 0 stars. The front desk is completely clueless. It is incredibly difficult and frustrating just to secure an appointment. They keep asking you to “call back tomorrow,” day after day, with no urgency or concern for the patient’s situation. Even when you finally do get an appointment, expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour before seeing the doctor. There is absolutely no respect for patients’ time. What makes this even worse is the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The clinic failed to gather previous medical history and changed medications without a thorough examination or proper understanding of ongoing conditions. Despite knowing the medical complications involved, there was no meaningful follow-up, no monitoring, and no sense of responsibility toward ensuring patient safety. My interactions with Dr. Marium Tariq have also been disappointing. She seems constantly in a rush, barely sits down, and doesn’t take the time to listen or properly discuss concerns. Her rushed attitude makes the entire experience feel dismissive and careless.
The best family doctor in Canada. :) Dr. Zohair is very caring and thorough. The wait times can be a bit long at the clinic, but that’s the price you pay for a doctor who doesn’t rush patients out the door unheard. Highly recommended!
Dr Tariq is amazing and very caring to her patients. She has been our family doctor for more than two years now. The receptionists were always very helpful to accommodate us asap during the stressful time of our first child.
