My parents were patients of Dr. Shahbaz Khan. He is rude and unprofessional. My parents were his patients for only two months, so we changed doctors. I personally visited with my parents to see the doctor twice but he is very rude. He just want to keep coming to his clinic to burden Ohip. I would not recommend se shahbaz khan
We’ve been seeing Dr. Atif for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, excellent with children, takes the time to listen, and never makes you feel rushed. We truly appreciate being able to talk openly with her and explore options together. Dr. Khan is also outstanding, knowledgeable, direct, and professional. Both provide exceptional care, and we are grateful to them for looking after our whole family.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rabia Atif for a few years now. She is an excellent physician. There hasn’t been an incident where she has not been able to identify the problem and given the appropriate treatment. Dr. Atif is very caring and always works to keeping you healthy. We are extremely lucky to have her at our medical clinic.
This is for the pharmacy alone, we had the pleasure of talking to Mr.Alim J , he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, also he took the time to guide us how to deal with certain aspects of the situation we are dealing with.
I’ve been going here since I was a baby. Back then they were caring and helpful. The past few years this place has turned to garbage. I am writing this for any individuals or families to be aware and not join this clinic. You will get the rudest front desk staff. Not to mention they do not actually care if you need help. Our family has had so much grief over “lost” documents because they have been hacked on numerous occasions. Almost to leading to my sister and I being kicked out of high school because we couldn’t prove we had all of our shots, because THEY hacked. The doctor will not remember you, or why you’re there, even if you saw them the day previously. They do not care. Please please please stay away. Do not take your family here!!!! They do not care about your health. Dr. Khan is the only person there where I have positive interactions. Your response is as unsatisfactory as your care and treatment of ill patients. Thank you Dr. Khan for your help in the past. Will not be returning.
I had a great experience last week with Dr. Z Khan he was very thorough and did a great job with a follow up the next day, he helped my issue and the best aspect was he was so considerate of my time and we started right on time of my appointment. I would recommend Dr. Z Khan to everyone in need
A lot of times I've been seen within 10-15 minutes of arriving. The actual time with the doctor is pretty quick, but I think that's what you want in a walk-in clinic. You want a quick turnaround, because that also means that you don't have to spend a lot of time waiting when someone else is being seen. If I want face time, I'll book an appointment with my family doctor. Call ahead to find out if it's busy. They can't guarantee wait times, but they will can least let you know if there are a lot of people already in the queue.
