Beautiful store and products. Initially my experience was good until I was left with disposing of damaged product. I was shipped 2 damaged lamps. I get it. These things happen. Decided to give up rather than try a 3rd time. Great that I received a refund but don’t stick me with the disposal of a large, heavy table lamp!
I had a fantastic experience with FOR LIVING! I originally placed a special order for four counter stools with them, and the team was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. After my kitchen was installed, I realized the stools would be too tight a fit. Even though the original stools had already shipped, they graciously allowed me to amend the order and offered thoughtful suggestions for alternate options that would work better in my space. Their flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. Not to mention everything they carry is gorgeous. Highly recommend!
Super accommodating to special orders - I wanted 2 Gigi Clozeau bracelets that weren't available at their store so I had inquired about getting them ordered as they were a stockist. They were happy to help me order them and I just picked them up today. The bracelets were beautiful and the person helping me today was super sweet :) Also, the store inside was really beautiful, I didn't know they carried diptyque and the mugs they carried were super pretty too. i bought the pink and blue bracelet, the light purple one I owned from before.
