Bought a 10' x 10' cantaliever umbrella and Harritt Clark helped us pick the perfect product for our patio. Kim who happened to be the Manager loaded the box in our SUV little did we know we'd be calling him that same day with a problem. After closing he drove to our house, checked the problem but needed to fix at his shop which I said I would drop off noon Sunday. Sunday morning Jim called to say he was coming by our house to pickup the umbrella and bring it back after closing plus set up on the patio... happy ending. Jim went above/beyond customer service and professionalism. #1 in my estimation Many thanks Jim

Went in yesterday bought a couch, umbrella, table and chairs on a sale promo and very happy with how it looks! . Walter even fixed an umbrella that was damaged in a storm and had it brand new again . Awesome guys!!
A company is only as good as their response to issues. We are repeat customers who recently attended the National Home Show specifically to add to our patio furniture. We made our purchase but determined later that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the 'home show special '. I contacted the company immediately and Jim responded quickly and to our satisfaction. The sign of a company with integrity. We will continue to look to Jordan Cast & Wicker for any future needs and certainly recommend them to others.
I am extremely satisfied with my purchase however their response to messages leaves something else all together. I have left several messages just looking for parts and have never received a call back. I would not suggest this company to anyone.
After an exhausted search of more than a dozen exterior furniture booths at the home show, we finally met no bull crap Jim from Jordan’s . The product was far more superior than 90% of the other exhibitors. Then Jim pulled out the 10yr warrenty on all the products we selected. We could not consider any of the other finalists with their 3 year warranty. The best part is later we had to go to the Jordan showroom in Oakville to pick out all of the cushion and throw pillow colours from their vast material section of samples. They were extremely patient with us during this critical “pull it all together” phase of the purchase. In the end all pricing was very fair and competitive. I cannot stress enough after our research Jordan’s is the go-to place for exterior furniture. Thanks again Jim!
WORST SERVICE EVER! Bought a $3000 Patio Set that ARRIVED BROKEN AND THEY WON'T FIX IT! And EVEN WORSE - I found almost the identical set but better quality for HALF THE PRICE at the Hauser Store! DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY, INTEGRITY AND SERVICE!!! A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
I also love my outdoort table and chairs and the wicker like patio couch and cushions and side tables that we purchased last year. I waited a year to review to see how everything stood up in the winter as the table and chairs (although turned on their sides) stay out for the winter at our cottage which gets very cold and windy. Excellent durability. We had previously spent a lot of money on outdoor furniture but after 1 winter the paint was already peeling. Jordan's furniture still looks new and we couldn't be happier. Jim helped us with selecting our fabric and most importantly highly recommended the number of pillows for our couch and he was perfectly right. Everything in their store is expensive, it's true, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for which is very refreshing.
