Chris was fabulous in assisting me picking out some patio furniture. He suggested a number of options and combinations. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received.
Unbelievably bad customer service. I went in to ask how I could fix a DOT table with some damage to the finish. He said that it would need to go back and be re-sandblasted (it's old so it would be at my expense). I asked if there was any way to do a spot fix myself and also how to care for the furniture in general to keep it in good shape. The response was that I could go online to look it up. I think he took some offense when I said that I had come in to ask in person because I had (perhaps wrongly?) assumed that they were the experts in their own furniture. ;-) I see that the store is now trying to claim I'm a disgruntled employee. Nice fiction! I've never worked there a day in my life. It also looks like they have tried to claim this with other bad reviews. Quite pathetic. Maybe you should try improving your customer service instead!
