Eric and his staff helped me to get better car and house insurance. I had been over paying with another insurance company year after year. Eric was able to find me a great deal. I am so pleased with their attention to detail, professionalism and knowledge etc. Most of all, I was impressed with the customer service I received, Eric was so helpful in accommodating all my questions and switching over was a breeze and not a hassle like other places. This agency gives very comprehensive service and great rates. I had lots of detailed questions on various insurance options and they gave me prompt detailed answers. I know I can be a pain to deal with sometimes, but Eric and Michele showed abundant patience with my numerous questions and gave me top notch customer service. In the end I have a total package of insurance for house, 3 cars and boat with low premiums. These guys know how to take care of you.....they treat you like you are their CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
