Had a great experience with Powell Insurance Brokers as they helped me get insurance at a time when other companies wouldn't make it happen, due a string of bad luck with speeding tickets. Customer Service was terrific, and they made the best of a tough situation that I had put myself in. Safe to say it is all in the past now!Highly recommend this insurance brokerage, especially for those who are having a tough time getting insured. 5 STARS!!!
This is my first review that I have written with google and I think its suiting. Powell Insurance has been consistently difficult to deal with, from reception to my second broker. My experiences include rude interactions, difficult to get in contact with, and their lack of understanding. I would avoid at all costs, and if you are a high-risk driver - good luck, try to shop elsewhere. Powell had me set up after renewal this year (with 5 speeding tickets on record) at 376/month basic coverage. PC has found me 303/mo with comprehensive.
Actually a very decent brokerage offering very competitive insurance rates. Very easy to do business with. I would highly recommend it, if you're having difficulty with out brokerages.
Avoid this company at all cost. Rude unprofessional and they're very unorganized there an absolute nightmare.
