Ms. D'Souza and her team were very professional, courteous, and helpful in educating us on their entire product offering for auto, home, disability and life insurance as well as their mutual fund offerings. They took the time over multiple meetings without any sales pressure explaining the short and long term benefits from their packages. Initially we were just looking for auto insurance but were well educated on their life and disability insurance packages. Statefarm has a great reputation and I highly recommend Kricia and her team on providing a very professional and non-rushed service, especially for people looking to better educate themselves on insurance products.
