I chose to use this insurance agent because of his commitment to high standards of service, a knowledgeable staff and overall great service from all aspects of State Farm. At the beginning the agent took the time to understand my needs and thoroughly explain my options. I felt very comfortable with the proposals and all my questions and concerns were addressed directly in an honest and straight forward fashion. I consolidated all of my insurance needs with this agent and enjoy the benefits of multi product discounts too! I have had a number of claims through the years and they were handled quickly and smoothly. My son is now at an age where he needs his own plans, and he too has chosen to work with this agent. They do everything right and I do not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and business colleagues.
18 years of customer loyalty, completely ignored by this agency. Repeated unauthorized access of incorrect bank accounts, inability to fix the issue, little explanation as to why, no guarantees against it happening again, and a condescending attitude to go along with it. Ever since State Farm was bought out, its service has gone straight down the drain, and Darryl's customer service has gone down with it. You're better off pretty much anywhere else.
