Perhaps I'm just another unreasonable customer. But I thought I will share my experience today. I ordered a few gallons of paint over the phone. I provided the color number on the cap of a sample I purchased from this store. It turned out to be a wrong color number compared with the label on the side (I attached a picture of the sample paint). My bad I didn't double check. The store was emphasizing that I should have confirmed the color name and it was my fault. I expected this can be replaced but ended up paying for a new order with 50% off. I was very disappointed on how this was communicated and handled.
Have been in the process of painting two bedrooms this past month and not sure of what colours to choose. Have been back and forth to your Oakville store many times over the past month. Andrea has been extremely helpful to me helping me to choose the right colours for my girls bedrooms. Not only is she very knowledgeable but always very upbeat and willing to tackle any issue you may have. Great staff!
The experience was good..I was in a dilemma considering my house was painted 2 years ago..the young girl was great she found the right color and combination..and was out within 20 min...5 stars
The staff is amazing! I was in need of large drop sheets but they were currently out of stock so Andrea lent me two of hers which was much appreciated as I was doing someones ceilings. Customer service doesnt get much better than that! Great service from this location every time I go!

Every paint box with same code has different shade and they dont even help and honor you. I bought $2500k of paint in a day and they dont even care...
