⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Huge Thank You to Derek at Paintscapes West Benjamin Moore Oakville! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last Friday afternoon (July 18th), my painter and I stopped by Paintscapes West Benjamin Moore in Oakville with a bit of a flooring dilemma on our hands. We were in search of a matte varnish or stain to fix a tricky issue at our client’s home and thankfully, we had the good fortune of being assisted by Derek. From the moment we walked in, Derek went above and beyond. Not only did he take the time to understand our problem, but he also jumped right in to help us test solutions using the sample board we brought along. He provided everything we needed, brushes, a heat gun to speed up drying, and most importantly, expert advice. The store wasn’t overly busy, which meant we got to monopolize Derek’s time (sorry, not sorry!). It truly felt like a collaborative effort, and his recommendation for the flat varnish was spot-on. The final results at our client’s home were stunning--honestly, the floor looked even better than before the issue arose. Our client was thrilled, and so were we. Derek, thank you for your patience, your expertise, and your generosity. I’ll be sure to swing by and thank you in person next time I’m in the area. You turned a stressful situation into a success story!
Hands down, the absolute best paint store I have every visited. As a professional painter, I have visited lots of paint stores across the GTA and PaintScapes West is consistently the best. We have been shopping here for about 3-4 years now and I can easily say that both Derek and Lindsay are phenomenal. They know the products inside and out, they are attentive, they are patient, never pushy, casual, and above all else, they make the absolute best paint matches we have ever seen.
Staff was very very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend. You might think it's just paint, but man do they know paint. Sold me the right primer, paint and rollers to get the job done, will definitely be back.

Great experience at this store. The BM near my house was supposed to be open but it wasn't. No sign or anything. I called this one and they picked up immediately. Went over and picked up the paint. The man at the store was very friendly and experienced. I had a great experience with this location.
Ordered Maibach wood siding matching stain. Color wasn't even close . when I expressed my disappointment with the service received, the seller informed that it was the best they could do and i could ether buy failed attempt or ore gie elsewhere. I felt like an unwanted client
