Food was hot and fresh. Fast and quick service. They were really friendly!! No wait time.. they keep the premises clean and tidy as well so you dont get turned off to eat there. Highly recommend
If this was a real franchise location, and not run by Chartwells, Harvey's corporate would have already fired everyone 3 times. It's not that they're bad, the food is fine, and prepared properly.. but the staff are INSANELY slow and disorganized. It's clearly visible watching them work. They don't have a system. Not only is it obvious, but precisely because you can SEE them missing things or taking forever for no reason, it makes it all that much more infuriating. There's no benefit of the doubt to give... When you're standing there watching your burger sit under the warmer while they complete orders that came after you (just as a generic example) it's quite frustrating. I think the staff could do with trying to work at an actual Harvey's restaurant that doesn't stand for that crap. All that being said, at least we have a Harvey's inside Sheridan. And the staff aren't rude or anything. They just need to get together and work out a system to work with each other, instead of sort of just floating around and waiting for it to fall into their laps.
On 10th July, around 12pm I ordered grilled chicken sandwich, Idk what was wrong with the chicken, I got two times vomit with the blood on it, I can’t sleep whole night, my chest feels like burning from inside. Please serve fresh food.
