Customer service is really disappointing. When you ask for something, the staff look at you as if you’re an inconvenience. No smile, no friendliness nothing. It makes the whole experience uncomfortable. Burek is good tho, 2 starts for that

We had an excellent lunch here today. The food was fresh, flavourful, and served hot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, great service, great food, and a place I’d definitely come back to. Highly recommended.
Fantastic little grocery store, I appreciate that they have such a wide assortment of halal meats. The store is clean and easy to shop and the staff is friendly and courteous.

The products and food are decent but everything just seems overpriced (yes even by today's standards), from the Milka Chocolate to the Chevapi (the medium should be the price of the small and frankly the small shouldn't exist). Just not worth it overall
Wholesome, pleasant and family-oriented atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the dining area is always kept clean. The food is excellent and prepared with great care. Once your food is ready your table will be buzzed. Always a good selection of hot food and ready-to-go meals. You can always pick up groceries here too or order them online. They are also an excellent source for catering your special event. Keep in mind that they are closed on Mondays.
