Obsolete worst case experience, food is nasty customer services was horriable when asked for a name so I can bring it up to management at a later date not a single person wanted to provide it , wouldn’t give reasons why they took over ten minutes to service my son one snack sized poutine when several people a head of him got there till I went up and confronted avoid this location at all cost
I ate a hotdog and I almost threw up to how watered down and rotten it was, the awful taste never left my mouth and i became nauseous for hours. Even the thought of eating it again makes me want to throw up. there are many other better places in the food court, definitely.
I am a big fan of newyork fries, but the poutine served in oakville place is really bad, its totally different in taste than all the other places i have ever tried.
The fries tasted very potatoey if you know what I mean? It's almost as if they dug up some potatoes directly from the dirt and then threw them in the fryer without even washing them first. I hate potatoes.
The woman working evenings is rude, impatient, and provides poo customer service. She served everyone else even after knowing what I wanted to have. There was mold in the fries. Many of my fries were from blayted(roting) potatoes. She argued and told me she would give me the customer service number and that it's impossible for the potatoes to go moldy because they made them today.
