I dined in at this place and ordered pies, but they were served raw. When I pointed this out and came back to address the issue, the manager was very rude and showed a bad attitude instead of handling the situation professionally. I had paid by card, but the refund was given in cash. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and customer service definitely needs improvement

This is my favourite Popeyes in Oakville. Always fresh and well prepared and put together. Jayati and Ravleen always go above and beyond and really show they care by acting with kindness and exemplifying exceptional customer service. It makes a difference and is appreciated and will keep me coming back!
Not impressed. The general location seems unkept and messey. We ordered the dill chicken sandwich and 2x 2 piece chicken combos. Fries were all good. But the chicken was bland and flavourless which is odd because all other locations have great tasting batter. And the dill sandwich tasted like it was dragged through the bottom of 10 dill pickle chip bags where all that is left is the crunchy seasoning. The sandwich was simultaneously dry, over seasoned, inappropriately crunchy. I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of food coming out of this location.
We waited for 20 mins for our take out order. Got home and ate it, but had to spit the chicken out, it tasted rotten, spoilt and weird. Never had this before. Couldn’t return for exchange or refund as the mall was already closed.
I don’t have a problem with the food quality. Its the waiting time that bothers me. I did a mobile order to prevent waiting time and standing on the line. After 15 minutes of my order, they said you have to wait for another 10 mns. The waiting time of 25 mns is completely unacceptable. If this can be fixed, I might consider it again.
