Royal Garden Oakville is an absolute gem. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite — everything is fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared. I ordered the General Tso chicken and the beef noodles, and both were outstanding. Bold flavours, generous portions, and incredibly satisfying. What really sets this place apart is the service. I was welcomed with a smile, given great recommendations, and the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience memorable — including a complimentary hot and sour soup, which was delicious. If you’re in Oakville and looking for great Hakka food with amazing service, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommend!
I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. I found a hair in the fish pakora, which is completely unacceptable. The gravies were thick and glue-like, making them inedible. After eating the food, I developed a headache, clearly due to the excessive amount of MSG used. This is even more upsetting because I ordered this food for a party. This experience was embarrassing and ruined the event.

Amazing food and the most friendly staff! Always very attentive and when there has been a rare issue with the food, they fixed it right away. Royal Garden Oakville is a place my family and I frequent visit for a tasty and affordable dinner from out. Highly recommend!
Great place for hakka food, I have been to a lot of places around the area for momo’s and this is my go to! Good size momos with great flavour, on top of the great service. Highly recommend.
Delicious food and amazing hospitality - both these factors make us come back to them over and over again. Preetina was so nice and kind in explaining all the questions we had since we wanted to try out some new dishes this time. My husband and I love coming here every time we crave Hakka food. The food we had was amazing, Paneer Fried Rice and Paneer lababdar with Garlic Naan. If anyone is craving to have Indo Chinese food, this one place is a must visit.
