Don't believe the reviews. This company took over Shurguard Self Storage. They aren't great to deal with. The office hours are not conducive to good customer service. I would give them a wide berth. There are many other much better companies out there with after hours assistance. Honestly, I don't find fault with the facility, just the staffing and office hours, which are not geared to people who have a long commute. It seens that we may have to take a day off work to sort out transition issues associated with Access taking over Shurguard. How is that even reasonable?

When we first came to this company, there was an amazing man on staff, on a Sunday, who showed us a unit and was extremely helpful. The following day I received a follow up from Maria and she worked with us to get us the perfect solution for our business storage needs. She went above and beyond, and is without a doubt a super valuable employee.
