My wife and I booked an appointment to tour the facilities over a week ahead. Started it early at 10am so that they wouldnt have to waste more of their morning just to respect their time. We arrived the day of, and waited 20 minutes outside. We called our contact three times but they didnt answer. We left two voicemails but still nothing back. What a giant waste of our time. We were looking for a professional place to store our vehicle but it seems that this is not the place to go.
