My move on January 3 was very successful with the help of BurlOak Movers. Even though it was one of the coldest days, the two men I had with my move were friendly, fast, patient and very careful with all my furniture and belongings. On a day as busy and stressful as moving day, I was very relieved everything went so smoothly with the help of your team. The price was the same quote I received over the phone from Emil, which was very reasonable. I will definitely recommended this company for anyone needing movers and I will for sure be using them in the future!
Moving out went well..Content of house was stored in their storage unit for 3 months...Moving from their storage to a public storage not sooo well!!!!Their was obvious issues within the crew and it could have emanated from the Driver ...... The way some items were stored caused damage..EG.Carpet stored standing up which will have to be cleaned to fix creases...I came across 2 TVs that were not in boxes and I cant find electric cords...I would not recommend this company .....not consistent in its delivery.....no pun intended....locate the electrical cords ....Would not recommend this company I regret tipping this crew not even a thank you...
I cannot say enough great things about this moving company. I called around to get quite a few quotes when moving, and each one had all these hidden costs that they did not discuss with me over the phone. BurlOak Movers had no hidden costs, and their prices were very reasonable. On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time, worked quickly, were so nice and professional, and made a stressful day so much easier. I would recommend them again and again.
