UPDATE: The owners responded 2 weeks ago: 'We are arranging to have everything looked after. And an appointment is scheduled currently with you to resolve these issues.' This is untrue. Nothing has been arranged and no appointment was scheduled. It is clear the response was written with readers in mind, to mislead rather than help resolve the issue. The fact you would so easily dismiss a customer is beyond bad business practice. We moved in February so it's taken over 4 months to get to here. To keep things relatively short here's the timeline. Pre move very professional. On the day Boy! Those guys worked! No complaints. But 3 items got broken, one we can't replace, and fridge got badly scratched. Not a great result but these things happen I guess. We were told in such an event we should call straight away. We did. And here's the one star comes in. Post Move zero after sales / customer service. Photos of damages sent twice. Numerous calls and texts. Eventually a representative came to inspect, promising to call back and make good. I have followed up but now no reply. Two last points 1. We paid $160 insurance. 2. Bill was 18% over estimate.
Had an amazing experience with Bronte! I was so worried about all my stuff, but the guys were so accommodating and took care of everything. Overall, they were very experienced, hard working, nice guys, who were a joy to hire. Would highly recommend them.
