This will be our second bbq purchase from them. Steven was so knowledgeable about the various bbqs we were interested in and explained all the different features of each. We have purchased accessories over the years and always find a great selection.
I have purchased patio furniture from BBQ Galore. The furniture is beautiful and solid. The service was excellent. Nicole knew the products well, helped with advice, followed up when needed and was always friendly. I have no hesitation recommending BBQ Galore for your outdoor needs.
I called and talked with a sales agent by the name of Gint over the weekend. What I can say is that he took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions about BBQs. With his professionalism, I decided to purchase with him and everything was smooth. Also when I went to pick up the BBQ today they made the pickup very simple and easy. These guys are great and very helpful.
Decent inventory, bad sales experience. I was literally ready to buy a bbq immediately, but salesperson was too inexperienced to make me other offers on Weber because the model I wanted was unavailable. Left frustrated.
Bought a Weber Genesis II here on Saturday. This store is first rate. It was amazing working with Tim who totally understood our needs and did not try to up sell us.

Barbeques Galore is an outdoor cook's candy store. A great variety of all the top names of outdoor grills. They have great displays of other things like outdoor fireplaces and patio furniture.They've also got some great accessories. Nice sections of interesting rubs and seasonings to help outdoor chefs get the most out of their barbecue grill. Smokers, brushes, covers, marinade injectors... Everything you need to get greater enjoyment out of outdoor cooking. And you can spend as much or as little as you want to. They have entry-level grills all the way up to grills in excess of $10, 000. And I've yet to see any online or brick-and-mortar store beat their pricing.
Decent selection, prices seem comparable to other similar retailers. As for the service... what service?? I just spent 15 minutes here looking at barbecues while at least 4 staff members were chatting with each other at the checkout with no other customers around. Not a single one of them greeted me when I entered the store and no one offered help with the products. I left the store without buying anything, obviously... will be taking my business elsewhere. Sorry guys. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
