We had to argue with the staff in electronics to find us a product on display. Nintendo Labo. They said they were all sold out. After enough talk, they got us our product from a cache of dozens of it. Neither the manager or her subordinate wanted to look for it and accepted losing the sale and having us go elsewhere. It was obvious that they didn't feel like looking, so we persisted. It wasn't until we were cashing out our other items that the attendant came with one. So much time and effort could have been saved had they just looked for it when asked.
It's a nice Walmart. But not a great choice of ethinc people. Look like this Walmart catered to European Canadian. Because Oakville have high European Canadian population than other ethnicity
Clean, bright, spacious and easy parking. Its my favorite Walmart in halton/ peel region. Staffs are polite and efficient. Return is easy with or without receipt. Washroom is clean! (Very important!!!) Theres a self service key copy machine which is convenient for customer.
Initially, dismissive and unwilling to help, the representative was unwilling to open the electronic cabinet or go to the back to try and find a product, even though the website said this store had stock. When we found empty display boxes at the end of the aisle further advertising the product, we asked again, perhaps they were kept more in the back for security purposes. Again, unwilling to help and told they must be sold out. I asked if he could check his store inventory and was told he didn't have the product gun. I made numerous suggestions to help resolve the issue, however he was unwilling to do anything other than say no. I asked to speak with the manager and was told vaguely she was busy, helping customers. When I explained that, I too, was a customer who needed help, he still refused to call for her. As we went to leave we noticed the manager was helping another family look for the same product with the inventory gun. Frustrated we went to leave. Eventually the representative found us at the cash with the product saying he found it in the back stock room. A frustrating situation which could have been avoided with some pretty easy problem solving.
False advertising and rude customer service manager. Went to buy a Dyson vacuum. As shown in pics they put up wrong price tag on the wrong product which was a $100 difference. I asked them to honor it and showed them the aisle and the mistake but the customer service manager refused to accept their mistake and instead was showing attitude and power he think he has being a manager. He was chewing gum and said it's not their mistake at all. Not only did he refuse to honor the price shown, he also was very rude to us. Please see pic and tell me that it's not wrong. Returned the item after all
