Went to this location recently to buy Garden Of Life Protein Powder and they had a 20% off on them and on top of that a $5 coupon from the manufacturer that was on a tab hanging off the cover showing $5 rebate. Employee confirmed that you get the $5 off plus the 20% discount. Picked one up and left it at the counter to go get something, when I came back the $5 coupon was ripped off. I mentioned this to the employee ringing my order up and she stated someone must have ripped it off to use the coupon and asked that I go get another one. I walked back to the aisle where they were and ALL the coupons were ripped off the tops of the Garden Of Life powders. I asked the employee who was helping myself and a lady what happened to them because they all had the coupon and her response was ONLY SOME get it. Well I dont understand as she was right there with myself and the other customer explaining the benefits of the product and I point out that this is a good buy because of the 20% off plus $5 from Garden Of Life and quite a few different ones had the coupon tag of $5 sticking off the top and all of a sudden they were all gone. I was still given the extra $5 off but I recalled after the employee initially helped myself and the other customer and the 20% plus $5 was pointed out, I walked by seeing her speaking to the lady that was ringing me up who I assume is a manager and something felt off at this point but I didnt think anything of it until later. All of a sudden about 5 or so minutes ALL the manufacturers coupon was ripped off so other customers who come to buy there wont be getting the extra $5 off. All of a sudden, ONLY SOME receive the $5 coupon when before quite a few had the coupon on them and they were all gone. Take from this what you will but I dont think Ill be going back to this location again. You will notice at the top of the picture left over paper from where the coupon was ripped off.
Fast an easy, all fresh. All you are looking for is here, unless you are looking for some unhealthy stuff.
I give the store 0 stars if I could. Product selection and proximity to my home is fine. I don't like the fact that as Healthy Planet, they give plastic bags to customers! Even Walmart charges for plastic bags, how can a Healthy Planet give plastic bags?
This store is STUPENDOUS. Highly recommend. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Healthy Planet is similar to Whole Foods but it saves you a few dollars and its a breeze to shop in. You can spend hours in there just checking out all of the cool products they have. Love, love, love!
We regularly shop here because of the amazingly helpful and friendly staff and the variety of products we can find here. They also have amazing regular deals and seem to truly value their customers and customer interaction.We love Healthy Planet as a store but it's this location that we return to again and again because of how truly fantastic the staff is!
