Exceptional service! We booked our honeymoon with Neeta, who was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable, kind and never made us feel pressured to book. She informed us in great detail of our options and then waited on hold for 3 hours (Im not kidding!) to speak to the AC agent to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The whole time she waited she did it with a smile and assured me we would eventually get through and would make the booking I wanted. I would recommend Oakville CAA travel to anyone who wants great customer service and expert advice. We will definitely book our next travel venture here.
