Perfect experience with Dashvapes. Had the best price pod mods and delivered way faster than expected. They also followed delivery instructions perfectly and everything was handled with care.

Went in looking for pods and juice. Sales person wasn’t sure about my vape sold me juice that was wrong my pod blew up with the juice. All I wanted was an exchange for the proper juice…they wouldn’t help!! Not good customer service at all!! Would never recommend them.

Our staff members only make suggestions based on the information that is provided to them, in this case you had asked for the “lowest strength juice” to which you were offered recommendations on and you chose to purchase. As stated on your receipt, e-liquid purchases are final sale as they are a consumable product. We also do not tolerate any kind verbal abuse towards our staff members.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I wont go anywhere else. They have a proprietary nic salt (mint) thats awesome. I once had an issue with a vape (that I didnt even buy there), and one of the employees spent like an hour trying to fix it for me with their own tools. Apologies, I cant remember the employees name! Really appreciated it, as he could have suggested replacing the part first without trying to fix what I had. Was helped recently by Nathan who was very nice.

I come here all the time and recently there was an issue where i thought i had purchased a 10mg but didn't realize it was a 20mg until?after the fact. I emailed head office and they were able to resolve my issue within the day to my satisfaction. This is why they'll always have my business. Cheers guys.

Very nice and clean location. Only had been to the Milton one before I seen this one had just opened the workers are very nice and helpful I can never remember any names to anything I want but they are always very willing to help.
