amazing service, had to go online because i live out of town but even with canada post delays they had amazing service. greg is one of the most helpful people i’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer service, replying quickly and making sure my package was delivered. would highly recommend!
Gave me lung cancer, please do not vape unless you want to be attached to hospital cords and machines like me and I have 4 weeks left… and my skincare routine didn’t even help I used anti-aging products and I still have the wrinkles. Instead of looking like Bella hadid, I look like Donald trumps feminine twin. Here’s a hospital picture?my son took it for me using his phone. I sadly had to use a Facebook filter to feel a slight confidence boost.
Those guys are the best ! I did not created an account and put a wrong email in my order. I contacted them for that and my problem was resolved 10min after that. As we can’t have any vape in Quebec anymore, I’m happy to have a website where to buy them. Thanks again <3
Awesome place. The guy here stayed past closing on boxing weekend Sunday so I could pick up an order I placed while I was on my way. Wouldn’t get that treatment anywhere else. Their store is great on the inside. Vape360 Oakville gets ALL the stars!
Anyone that's new to vaping will agree that it can be a little overwhelming at times because there's so much to learn. It doesnt help that a lot of brick and mortars employ staff that lack professionlism and are more concerned with upselling rather than helping you find what you need. Enter Vape 360, hands down the best shop experience I've ever had. I visited the Oakville location a few days ago because I was tired of using tanks with disposable coils. Shawn was not only extremely helpful, but patient as he gave me a thorough tutorial on how to use my very first RDA and recommended some fantastic flavours as well! Thanks a bunch guys, and keep up the great work. Your store is a prime example of what stellar customer service looks like :)
