Bought a Stlth disposable today, they let me test it inside the store right off the bat I knew it was defective I told the two employees that it tasted a bit funny for a new vape the older gentleman reassured me that it there was no problem with the vape. As soon as I got home I charged it than when to puff it and nothing came out. I called the store and spoke to the younger gentleman who sold me the vape he was very understanding and told me to come back and exchange it. Went back and exchanged it for another Bottom line is this is a really great shop with a great selection for its size I would highly recommend!
i come to this vape store all the time because it is most convenient for me and the service is mostly 10/10. a few weeks ago i had a dud pod that i had to return and the younger guy was more than friendly while trying to test other batteries he had to ensure it was the pod i just bought and not my battery. unfortunately i encountered the same scenario today but with a different sales associate who was less than friendly although she knew me to be a regular customer. she accused me of bringing in a used vape 2 mins after i bought it (i should’ve tested it in the store i guess) and never let me try another battery she had on hand like the previous associate. she was overall very rude to me, and the next pod i tried also seems to be a dud and she blamed it on my battery so i ended up still leaving with a useless pod after paying for it and unable to reason with the woman. i solely come to this store as its most convenient for me, however there are vape stores everywhere and she has ruined my experience here.

Do not support this shop, extremely rude women who answers the phone is lazy and has no respect for customers or for their business. I had 2 questions about if they had a certain product before driving 30 min to get to their shop, and the reply was ‘just come in the shop we have too many things I can’t tell you if we have and don’t have time to talk to you’ then hangs up, this happened twice when I called back. There are far better shops in the area that respect your business and time and don’t mKe you drive 30 min just to find out an answer.
SCAM ALERT! Do not buy anything here unless you want something that doesn’t work! They won’t give you a new device when they sell you a faulty device, and then they blame you. Baffles me how they are even in business with how awful they are with customer service.
Not sure why they are in the business. The guy at the store seemed like he was reluctant to sell. You are not allowed to ask any questions. Anything you ask you get the same answer - I don’t know. So, don’t expect any advice or help from them. Same thing happened when I was there to buy juice. The guy had no idea what flavours they carry. Almost seemed like he was forced to man the counter and wanted people to not come in or leave very quickly in case they do. The only answer I ever got was when I asked what happens if the device is faulty, he said call the manufacturer. They don’t stand behind their products and they are rude. They should go check out the other vape store up the street. The only reason I ever went there was because the other store was closed.
READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE. They seem to be scammers with many faulty vapes in their inventory. They were not willing to offer me a replacement or a refund even though I stepped out of the shop for only a few seconds after I bought one. They say it’s store policy and they were extremely rude and dismissive. I don’t really care about customer service at a vape shop but my experience was so awful that I had to say something about it in this review. The store also smelled really strongly like Indian food. If they’re not scammers, This store is at least willing to lose customers and risk their reputation with a ridiculous “store policy”. It‘s kind of shady why they don’t give their customers the benefit of the doubt, because no other vape shop does that I’ve been to in Canada. ZERO STARS. NEGATIVE STARS.
