Was in last week and had to settle for something else as they had no stock. Tried calling this morning to see if they resupply, but they refuse to answer the phone. So, stopped in on my way by and still haven't resto ked. Waste of time. Won't be back.
i am extremely disappointed in this location :( I have been coming here for years and have recommended all my friends here and i have never dealt with such awful service. I came in today and bought a vape, i walk over to my car and i look to take it out, very visibly tampered with (No mouth peace, plastic ripped open to the side, and the vape completely broken and not even working (no stickers on it), i walk inside and gentleman switched it out, i appreciated it, i walk to my car and once again packaging tampered with, no mouth peace. Very disgusting as i have no clue where its been or who has had it. i go in to explain this to the employee, and unfortunately he was less than concerned and told me its not his problem that if i have an issue that i should contact the manufacturer. I then politely asked if he had a number and he said he has no way to contact me with them in regards to their very tampered products (if you order from the manufacturer would you not have any info regarding the company??) . I asked if i could get a discount if he is not able to provide me a refund ( haha he said its not his problem multiple times) as this is very disgusting, i am being sold a broken vape that has already been obviously used, and being told he cant return it because its been opened WHEN he is the one who sold it to me open without my knowledge. I dont typically write reviews because i dont like disturbing anyone or complaining, but whether its staff being properly trained on hygiene and maybe being a little bit more respectful and helpful after selling me a broken gross looking product, i think that is something that may be needed as i have heard stories previously and see in some of the reviews some people have had similar issues. Other vape stores in the area open the product in front of you and let you try to make sure you get proper product. So now im out money, and i dont even have a vape because it does not work and its been opened by someone previously :( As im sure if someone spat in your coffee in a drive thru you probably would not drink it, as using something thats been on someones mouth that u do not know is very similar.
Exceptional variety of vape products, from beginner to advanced levels. Knowledgeable staff helped me find the perfect device and flavors. Clean and inviting store layout. Prices are competitive, and the overall experience was top-notch. Definitely my go-to vape shop now.
Been there a few times, but was unfortunately sold a faulty product, and told a replacement (not a refund) was out of the question. Super nice staff, but you can't really justify playing roulette with your money. Will be sticking to Switch Vape around the corner
First time visit. A bit confusing to find the door, as it's under a Hasty Market banner. Now that I know, no big deal. We found what I was looking for very quickly. Great to see a shop in my neighbourhood that's open before 12:00! I will continue to visit in the future. See you in a few weeks!
Would've been great to know I need to buy my own batteries for my vape. I don't even know where to get a 18650 lithium ion battery thanks a lot for your horrible customer service and scams.
